About CURAYE

CURAYE is an Australian fine jewellery brand operated by CURAYE (ABN registered). Our website is curaye.com.au. By purchasing from or using our website you agree to these terms.

Our Products

All product specifications including diamond grade, gold carat, total weight and price are published on our website. We are committed to full transparency on every piece we sell.

All diamond specifications are accurate at time of listing. Slight variations in total weight may occur between pieces within accepted industry tolerances.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. CURAYE reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Orders placed before a price change will be honoured at the original price.

Orders

By placing an order you confirm you are over 18 and authorised to use the payment method provided.

CURAYE reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of cancellation a full refund will be issued.

Payment

We accept payment via major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed at time of order. Your payment information is encrypted and secure.

Shipping

We ship within Australia only at this time. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and CURAYE is not responsible for delays caused by third party carriers.

Warranties

All CURAYE pieces are covered by Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault please contact us at contact@curaye.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

Intellectual Property

All content on curaye.com.au including images, copy, branding and design is owned by CURAYE. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CURAYE's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Privacy
