Our Promise
Every CURAYE piece is made to a published specification. You know exactly what you are buying before you purchase. We stand behind every piece we sell.
Change of Mind
We offer a 30 day change of mind policy on eligible items.
To be eligible your item must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Earrings & Hoops
For hygiene reasons, earrings and hoops cannot be returned for a refund under our change of mind policy. We offer an exchange or store credit only, provided the item is unworn and in original condition.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@curaye.com.au. We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty items and offer a full refund, exchange or store credit at your choice.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as CURAYE is not responsible for items lost in transit.
How To Return
Email contact@curaye.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
