Where We Ship We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping Method All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Cost Free express shipping on all orders. Always.
Dispatch Timeframe Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframe Australia Post Express Post delivers within 1-3 business days to most metropolitan areas. Regional and remote areas may take longer. Timeframes are estimates only and CURAYE is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.
Order Tracking All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch. You can track your order at auspost.com.au
Signature on Delivery Given the value of our pieces, all orders require a signature on delivery. If you are not home Australia Post will leave a collection card.
Packaging Every CURAYE piece is packaged securely and discreetly for transit.
